It’s Virgo Season now that the Sun is in Virgo through September 23rd .  This heightens our attention towards our work, routines, and health.  It can ignite a greater busyness in our lives as well as help us establish (a new) order in our lifestyle. Virgo Season is terrific for clarifying what works in our lives and relationships and cleaning out what doesn’t.

August 22nd-29th: Are You Taking Good Care of YOU? In Relationships?

Ok!  This is the third – and for some, the final - week of intense astrological energies of “Course Correction.”  Life has been changing for many, that’s for sure!   One aspect forming this week is traditionally described as “An unstoppable force hits an immovable object.”  Wow! So do yourself a favor and be flexible, patient and wise this week.  Be poised to release something (or someone!) that has been holding you back, if need be.  

This week’s energies are terrific for demonstrating heroism and initiating new strategies and attitudes.

The theme for many of you might be: Are you genuinely taking good care of yourself, while doing what it takes to be in good relationships with others?  Experiences might involve:

·       Realizing what you can do differently in Relationships, Agreements, Plans.  Perhaps it’s time to expect different outcomes. 

·       Realizing areas where you can grow up or develop greater maturity.  Perhaps you’ll recognize how you create, promote, or allow the very situation that bugs you.  Perhaps you can take steps that demonstrate greater accountability.  Can you respond more wisely?  

·       Realizing  that something needs to end all together.  (but hopefully, not in a huff) 

Mars, the Warrior planet of Action is in strong angle to Saturn, the planet of Discipline and Self-Mastery through August 27^th.  Be patient and flexible because this planetary combination often signals some sort of obstacle or frustration to our plans and way of doing things.  It’s not punishment!  Instead, it’s an opportunity to develop new strengths and find even better ways to approach what you are doing. 

Many of us might need to tweak how we take care of ourselves - emotionally, physically, and otherwise, including how we conduct ourselves in our relationships.  This is not a good week for self-indulgence, nor is it a week to go along with things we don’t agree with just to keep the peace.

Instead, this is a terrific week to dig deep into your own wise resourcefulness and find even better ways to give and receive -  in a way that is healthy - in our relationships and agreements. 

That said, if something or someone just doesn’t seem to fit into your life anymore it could end.  But don’t let your reactions or frustrations prompt an unnecessary end to things just because you can’t figure out a solution in the moment. Instead, let your calm inner knowing guide your way.

Said another way, we could each be learning something we don’t already know about relationships this week. 

Cancers and Libras might find this week particularly eventful.  So might anyone born between the 5^th – 10^th of any month.

Anything Can Happen This Week!

Hello Everyone!

We’ve got another few weeks of high-energy astrological energies shaking things up, making (unexpected!) things happen.   This probably won’t be a time when most of us experience “Business as usual.”  In fact, this can be an emotional time wherein what we consider as “Usual” can be changing all together! 

It might be time for many of us to initiate a new approach in some important parts of our lives.*

Anything can happen now – anything.   Augusts’ rare astrological energies are about “shifting” or even “jumping” into a new way of seeing ourselves, conducting ourselves, living our lives.  What can seem upsetting right now can lead us to some very creative, very inventive solutions.   Releasing old expectations or demands about how life should be and jumping into full cooperation with what is might be the wisest way to approach this unusual period of change. 

Mars, the planet of action, is transiting the Security-Oriented sign of Cancer.  This greatly heightens our Emotional energies and our Instincts for protection.  Keep yourself balanced and poised so your emotions can support you, rather than disturb you with reactivity.

Mars in Cancer also heightens our need and resourcefulness to take care of ourselves and our loved ones.  This week can bring a special focus to matters of security: home, family, real estate, nurturing, feminine power, and patriotism.  Perhaps an issue that began around the July 1^st eclipse will take another step forward.

In other words, nurturing, tenderness, and attunement to what’s really important may be the best strategies this week. To help us with that, Venus the planet of Love is conjunct the Sun - also heightening our ability to be full-hearted, generous, and courageous in love.  New alliances and love can begin this week.

August 8th -13th: Intense Energies, Surprising Changes

Hello Everyone!

You might want to be extra composed and directed this week.  High-Beam astrological energies are prompting movement and change –perhaps in surprising ways. 

This week might not be about sticking to plans or finalizing matters as much as discovering where matters need different approaches and solutions.

That’s because Mars, the planet of action, is in close angle to Uranus, the planet of sudden changes, and Pluto, the planet of Transformation.  This rare combo awakens our vigor, individuality, and deep passions. It helps us to see ourselves, our lives and our choices from a new, perhaps freer perspective.  Many of you may have (spontaneous) “ah-ha” insights that raise your perspective higher than ever before.  

But these powerful constellations can also plainly reveal what isn’t right.  As a result, many of you might also break free from a person, place, thing, or assumption that isn’t for your Highest Good.   Releasing limiting beliefs and entanglements is highly likely and highly recommended.   

Keep in mind, however, that these constellations have a volatile and combustive side.  They can ignite  restlessness, anger and re-activeness. So resist allowing your temper or impatience to run the show or you might disrupt or end something unnecessarily.  

Instead, try freeing yourself from the inside out.  Look to see how you can let go of limiting expectations or assumptions about how the world should be rather than trying to make the world fit to your expectations.

Use your power to heal and transform yourself rather than control the world.

And be prepared for a surprise. Often when these planet combine there is a “shocking” experience that changes our lives is some important way.

Those of you born between the 20th and 29th of any month might feel these change-oriented constellations the most. 

In addition, Mercury Retrograde is in close aspect to Neptune, the planet of spiritual awareness and imagination.  This can be an unusually inventive, intuitive, magical week!  But use your discernment since this combo can also lull us into misunderstandings or erroneous assumptions.

Bottom line: Heads up.  These constellations assist us in awakening to who we really are.  As intense as this week might seem, the keyword is “Deep, Active Liberation.”  What would you like to liberate? What could you release so you could move on?
